What is The Vault?

The Vault is a special giveaway collection offered by EVERGOODS. During the promotional period (November 24, 2025 at 12:01 AM MST through December 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST), qualifying entrants can win the chance to choose one (1) item from the collection showcased here. Winners are drawn randomly and pick their prize in order of selection.

Will any of the items in the vault be restocked?

No. Vault items are either:

1. One of a kind items created by our Design Team at HQ in Bozeman, MT.
2. Items no longer produced by EVERGOODS.

When does the giveaway start and end?

The giveaway runs from November 24, 2025 at 12:01 AM MST through December 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST. 

Are there promotions offered during the giveaway?

Yes, EVERGOODS will run promotions during the giveaway timeframe. We cannot disclose upcoming promotions—they will be announced in our newsletter and on our website at 7 AM MST every morning. Once announced, promotions are valid until December 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST.

How do I enter the giveaway?

1. Place an EVERGOODS order of $75+ during the entry window.
   OR
2. Submit your information via the customer survey linked here.

Who is eligible to enter the giveaway?

Anyone 18+ with an active email address and internet access can enter, except where giveaways are prohibited. Employees of EVERGOODS and their affiliates, their household members, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How many entries can I get?

• Orders valued $75 USD to $198 = one (1) entry
• Orders valued $199 USD to $399 = five (5) entries
• Orders valued $400 USD to $699 = ten (10) entries
• Orders valued $700 US to $1,000  = twenty (20) entries
• Orders valued at more than $1,000 = forty (40) entries 

Can you combine order amounts across the weekend?

Your orders will be combined automatically if you ordered with the same email. If multiple orders were placed using different emails, you will receive separate entries for each order (i.e. a $75 order with email A and a $75 order with email B will receive two entries). 

I placed an order before the giveaway started. Can I receive entries for it?

Orders placed between November 16 and November 23, 2025 can qualify for entries—just submit your details manually using this form.

Can you check to make sure that I received entries for my order?

Your order will automatically qualify for entries if placed between 12:01 AM MST on November 24, 2025 and 11:59 PM MST on December 2, 2025. 

How many people win?

EVERGOODS will choose three (3) winners at random. The winners will pick their prize in the order drawn.

What are the prizes?

Each winner will choose one item from 22 available products shown on the Vault page. Winners pick in the order they’re drawn. EVERGOODS ships the selected item to each winner.

How will winners be selected and when?

Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway ends (11:59 PM MST on December 2, 2025). Three winners are drawn; if the same person/email is drawn twice, a backup winner is selected.

How will I know if I’ve won?

Winners will be notified by email from our CX team within three (3) business days of the drawing. To claim the prize, winners must respond to the email with their top three (3) prize choices within five (5) business days of receiving our email. All winners will be announced in an EVERGOODS email on Friday, December 5th.

What happens if a winner can’t be contacted or doesn’t claim in time?

If you can’t be reached, are ineligible, or don’t respond to our email within five (5) business days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries.
